- Application submitted
- Although payment is by default issued to the service providers, if the applicant is a surviving spouse or responsible survivor, they can request the funds be directed to them.
- CSS reviews application and then sends family a document that indicates approval.
- Where the payment is going to be issued will be on this document.
- Invoices will need to be submitted to CSS for payment to be issued
